A highly technical fibre construction developed in the innovative Löffler knitting mill. The special elastane fibre used has excellent, durable transverse and longitudinal elasticity. This ensures maximum freedom of movement and a perfect fit.

hotBOND®

With hotBOND® technology, highly elastic materials are welded together using ultrasound. This means for pants and jerseys: no seams that pinch or chafe. The joints without needle and thread are extremely tear-resistant, as elastic as the material itself and ultra-flat. Maximum freedom of movement without restrictions and pressure or chafing points are the advantages of the exclusive hotBOND® technology.

Besides bike shorts in different lengths as well as waistband or bib shorts, the hotBOND® technology is also used for bike jerseys. Furthermore, hotBOND® is available in the running and outdoor collection. The production and manufacturing of the hotBOND® collection takes place exclusively at the company’s location in Ried im Innkreis, Austria.
